Low back pain
One of the most common complaints we see, and the cause differs from person to person — prolonged sitting, weak trunk musculature, or lumbar spine problems. Assessment is what identifies it.
Many people arrive here afraid to move in case they make things worse. The first thing we do is work out where the problem is coming from and explain it to you in plain language — then treatment starts. V33 is a physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic in Nasr City, Cairo; our physiotherapists treat spine, sports and post-operative cases, and physical therapy here always begins with an assessment rather than a fixed protocol.

One of the most common complaints we see, and the cause differs from person to person — prolonged sitting, weak trunk musculature, or lumbar spine problems. Assessment is what identifies it.
Common with desk work and long hours at a screen. Usually related to posture and to weakness in the neck and shoulder musculature.
A herniated disc on imaging does not necessarily mean it is the source of your pain. Rehabilitation aims to reduce symptoms, restore movement and strengthen the surrounding muscles.
Pain radiating from the lower back into the leg. Not every leg pain is sciatica — assessment distinguishes between the possible causes.
Sports injuries need a graded programme. Returning to play before strength and control are restored raises the chance of re-injury.
Appears with sport or with age. The programme focuses on strengthening the surrounding muscles and improving movement patterns.
Rehabilitation after surgery is part of what makes the surgery succeed, and is done in coordination with the surgeon's plan.
Restricted movement and shoulder pain affect simple daily activities. Assessment identifies the cause of the restriction and the plan to restore range.
This is general education, not a diagnosis. Identifying your condition requires a direct assessment. If you have severe or sudden pain, numbness or weakness in a limb, or symptoms following a significant injury, seek medical assessment promptly.
Disc herniation, cervical and lumbar pain. Assessment first to identify the source of pain, then a graded programme that restores strength and movement.
A staged programme from injury management to a safe return to sport, with clear criteria to meet before going back to play.
Rehabilitation after orthopaedic and joint surgery, coordinated with the treating surgeon's plan.
Hands-on techniques for joints and muscles to improve range of motion and reduce pain — as part of a wider plan, not as a treatment on its own.
Manual joint techniques delivered within physiotherapy practice at the clinic.
Muscular recovery for athletes and for anyone under repeated physical load.
For painful muscular trigger points and chronic muscle tightness, indicated on the basis of assessment.
Dry cupping sessions as part of a treatment plan, according to the case.
Wet cupping sessions delivered at the clinic according to assessment.
Which service suits you is decided after your case is assessed at the clinic. There is no single treatment plan that fits every case.
